Terms of service
The terms that apply when you browse AI HUB, create an account, or purchase a digital product.
1. Account
Use an email you control and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
2. Product information
Each product page describes the edition, included content, delivery method, compatibility, support period, and license scope. Product-specific information forms part of these terms.
3. Orders and payment
Prices and settlement currency are shown before payment. An order is accepted when payment succeeds. Mock payment in the current demonstration does not charge real funds and must be replaced by an approved payment service before production use.
4. License and use
A purchase grants only the license stated on the product page. Unless explicitly allowed, you may not resell license keys, redistribute source files, share seats beyond the limit, remove rights notices, or use the product unlawfully.
5. Delivery and support
Digital goods are made available through the completion page and My Orders. Support covers delivery and the stated product scope; it does not include custom implementation unless separately agreed.
6. Availability and changes
We may update products, files, and service features to maintain security or compatibility. We will not intentionally remove already-delivered perpetual access without a valid legal, security, or supplier-rights reason.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided for the stated use and we are not responsible for indirect loss or decisions made solely from generated content. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
